Opinion: Crapo Street house rehabilitation

It is my opinion that buyers of this and other houses similarly offered should be required to maintain them in the spirit of preservation in which they were restored. Think, for example, how the colonnades in bungalows are so often removed, woodwork stripped and other mindless changes made. They are offered a deal and should accept responsibility.
