Central Park discusses trespassing

Print

The Central Park Neighborhood Association Nov. 20 discussed trespassing, elections and neighborhood signs.

President Steve Urdy reported that people have been trespassing through backyards in the neighborhood. He said to watch for people walking through neighborhood yards and call the police if they see someone.

In annual elections, Jerry Rule was elected president, Greg Brown was elected vice president and Vincent Price was elected secretary and treasurer.

Six signs announcing the group's meeting times were printed to be placed around the neighborhood the week of the meeting. Two signs, one located at East and Second streets and one at Crapo and Second streets, were put out before the meeting. The additional four signs will be saved in case a sign is stolen.

The group will meet next at 7 p.m. Dec. 18 at Court Street Village Neighborhood House, 727 East St. Call 767-0603 for details.
