Poetry: There was a manger
Written by Grayce Scholt Thursday, 02 December 2010 21:37
where hay was spread,
they say there was a Mary
from whose womb she shed
The Son.
Where is this manger now?
The hay's still spread.
The world awaits
the wine, the bread.
